Kicking Stuffed Chicken

What you need:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
1 oz. Bacon pieces


1. Preheat oven 350.

2.  In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, and jalapenos.

3.  Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, fill pockets evenly with the cheese mixture.  Secure with toothpicks if needed.

4.  Once filled fold over the chicken to make a seal around the filling.

5.  Place chicken on a cookie sheet, season with pepper and garlic powder.  Bake for or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
