Quick & Easy Stir Fry

Quick & Easy Stir Fry

What you need:

2 lbs Sandwich Steak (any thin sliced steak)
1 packet Kikkoman Stir-fry Seasoning mix
1 large Green Pepper (can be switched out for red or yellow)
1/2 -1 lb carrots
1 large onion
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. chopped garlic


1.  In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.

2.  Cut carrots into bite-size stripes, onions into strips, and peppers in to bite-size squares.

3.  Cut steak into stripes.

4. Add the garlic to the skillet with the heated up oil.  Saute garlic for about 30 seconds.

5.  Add meat stripes to the skillet.  Saute for about 3-4 minutes.

6.  Add all vegetables to skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes (you do not want to fully cook the vegetables; you still want them crisp).

7.  In a small bowl, follow the directions on the packet for the Kikkoman seasoning.  Once blended, add seasoning to the skillet and simmer for 2 minutes.  Enjoy!!!

  1. ***Author's Note*** I think the next time I make this I will add some spice like red pepper flakes. Also, you can add another other vegetables that you enjoy, such as mushrooms, bean sprouts, water chestnuts or anything else you could think of...
