Reinventing Leftovers: Chicken & Broccoli Rice

Chicken & Broccoli Rice

What you need:

1-2 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into cubes
1 1/2 c. cooked broccoli
2 1/2 c. cooked yellow rice
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese


1.  Preheat oven to 350.  If you already haven't, cut chicken into cubes.

2.  In a bowl, mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

3.  Add mixture to casserole.  Bake for 30 minutes and Enjoy!
