So I know I am not the only one who forgets to take the butter out of the refrigerator or freezer and I hate using cold butter because it is so hard. Well, thanks to Better Homes and Gardens, I now have the fix.
Use a grater to grate the butter, which speeds up warming. No more fighting with rock hard butter or having to go without. YAY!!!!
****Butter (salted or unsalted) can be frozen for up to 6 months****
