Oh my gosh! I am hoping that my mother does not see this post.
So, apparently, taking a nap during the daytime, improves our memory and cuts the risk of heart disease down.
So for all you nappers out there, you can now stay that you have to take a nap to improve your memory or to lower your risk of heart disease. I do have to admit I am a napper too when I get off of work from an early shift, let's just say I do not like getting up before 8 or 9 in the morning.
