Stuffed Cabbage Casserole

What you need

2 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. uncooked rice
4 c. cabbage, roughly chopped
8 oz. tomato sauce
2 c. water
14 oz. diced tomatoes
1-1 1/2 c shredded cheese (I used white cheddar)

Directions

1.  Season and brown beef and onion, about 10-15 minutes.  (I used 1 tbsp garlic powder, 2 tbsp black pepper, and 2 tbsp crushed pepper).



2.  Add rice, cabbage, tomato sauce, water and diced tomatoes.  Stir to mix well.

3.  Let mixture come to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20-30 minutes.

4.  Top with cheese and let melt, about 5 minutes.  Enjoy!!!
