Sweet & Sour Meatballs
What you need:
1 pkg frozen meatballs (you can make your own, cook them, then follow the directions)
1 c. green peppers, cut into squares
20 oz. pineapple chunks (with juice)
1 c. onion, chopped
3-4 heaping tbsp. orange marmalade
1 c. bbq sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1. Preheat over to 350.
2. In a deep, oven-safe dish, add meatballs, green pepper, pineapple chunks (drained but keep the juice) and onion.
3. In a bowl, combine pineapple juice, marmalade, bbq sauce and vinegar. Mix will until completely blended. Pour mixture evenly over meatball mixture.
4. Bake for 1 hour. Enjoy!
