Broiled Haddock

Broiled Haddock

What you need:

***I had to make a double batch when I made this recipe so the pictures show a bunch of fish***

2 lb Haddock fillets
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 stick butter, cut into small squares


1.  Make sure oven racks are set about 6 inches away from heating element.  Preheat oven on broil.

2.  Line cooking sheet with foil.  Spray with nonstick cooking spray.

3.  Arrange fillet on cooking sheet evenly.

4.  In a bowl combine all the spices, well.

5.  Sprinkle seasoning mixture evenly over the fillets.

6.  Place squares of butter on each piece of fish.

7.  Broil fish until flaky or for about 8 - 10 minutes.
