What you need:
3 lb. beef tips (stew beef)
1/4 c. oil (and 1 tbsp. on side)
1/2 c. beef stock (and 1 tbsp)
1/4 c. flour
2/3 c. onions, diced
1/8 c. parsley flakes
3/4 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. cooking sherry
1. Brown beef in pan with oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add flour and stock, stir until combined and reduce heat to medium.
3. Saute onions and mushrooms in 1 tbsp. oil until tender. Add to beef mixture and stir.
5. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Enjoy!
