They are easy to make but when you have been cooking for any length of time, you really don't want to stand there and fight with trying to peel eggs. Sometimes you end up having a very sad looking egg leftover after peel off more than just the shell.
Well, ladies (and gents), I found the cure to the frustration. All you need to do is make sure you not only buy your eggs a week before you cook them and add 1 tsp. of baking soda to the water (per dozen you are boiling). The shell will take nothing to come right off!!!
