What you need:
2 lb cauliflower
4 oz evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
1. In a large pot, boil cauliflower until well done (want the cauliflower soft enough to mash with a fork) about 20 to 30 minutes after the water starts to boil.
2. Drain the water. Use your food processor to make the cauliflower into a paste almost. You do not want any big pieces at all.
3. Return processed cauliflower back to pot, add milk, butter, salt and pepper and combine with a mixer to thoroughly mix. Enjoy!!!
